I've greatly enjoyed this class and the professor. I'm a communications major so taking classes that I am interested in make for a positive and enlightening experience. Thanks for your help and understanding to life'd crazy situations professor Wheeler!

My favorite part in the class was everytime JOHNNY got up to debate. Somehow it felt as we were always talking about prostitution and he made it very comical. I laughed so hard I was in tears!

Have a great summer everyone...Party hard

I loved this class it was so much fun and I really enjoyed everyone's debate.
My favorite memory in this class was when Mike and Mike debated on whether or not you should have a monogomous sex life. They were both hilarious and showed us the powerful use of analogies, especially when women are compared to iphones.

I've never laughed so hard in our comms class when the two Mike's came up and did a Lincoln Douglas speech on a monogamous relationship. That was the highlight of the class!

O yeah. Thanks everyone for all who came to support me in the final debate. I really didn't think I would make it that far because I tried to "fake it til i make it", but my partner motivated me to try harder. I never thought I would come home with a trophy in 3rd place! I know there were many great debaters in my class that debate much better than me and if they had my partner, I'm sure they would have gone as far as I have.

My equally favorite moments in class were all of the funny LD debates in class and Alex's debate at the debate tournament. I learned from Alex's partner and also from watching debates in class that the more passionate you sound the more believable you are, and that in turn, will help you win debates :)

There were many enjoyable and memorable moments in this class. One thing in particular that I'll always remember is standing in front of everyone and getting my nerves together to make a coherent argument and the feelings of loosening up once things started coming together.

My favorite part of the class was doing the debate against mike about monogamous relationships. It was a ton of fun and will always remember that.

I learned that if you look presentable and use big words during debate it makes you sound smarter and you have a better chance of winning haha

My favorite part of class has to be the monogonous LD Debate with the two mikes as well as the tourniment. i learned from almost everyone's debates that it's not whether you are right or wrong, its all about how you say... or lie about it. whichever one worked

My favorite part of the class is when the two Mikes were debating about whether to be monogamous or not as I found it be hilarious; This class was a lot of fun, and was one of my favorite classes all semester. Dimo Katabe

My favorite moment in class was watching Mike B destroy Mike D in the debate about monogamy. He used simple illustrations to paint a picture that fit the audience perfectly.

There was no one specifically that I learned from in this class, but the debates were very helpful in seeing tactics that worked and didn't work.

My favorite moment in this class was being able to stand in front of the entire class and repeatedly say the world "ASSHOLE" more two dozen times.
I've also learned from Alex's Parli Tournament partner that it doesn't really matter what you say, it's all about how you say it; and yelling emotionally will score you points among the judges.
